This is an unusual and unique place, hanging on a crest in the Apuan Alps. The farmhouse is leaning out like a balcony on the Versilia coast. In the hidden mountain dew, all the guest can have lunch and spend time together. Outside, 30 horses live freely in the surrounding wilderness.

The farmhouse is composed by four stone houses: in the main cottage the guests meet to have lunch or to relax in front of the big fireplace, or in the garden outside. Upstairs, the cottage has twenty beds arranged in four rooms with bunk or single beds. Two bathrooms are also available.
The three small cottages are independent, equipped with heating, a fireplace and a small kitchen. The innkeeper provides sheets and wood for the fireplace, while the guests make their bed and light the fire.
