The agriturismo
The family-run farm is located among oak and chestnut woods in Lunigiana , in upper Tuscany. It is located in a position close to both the mountains and the sea, and only 2 km from the Pontremoli motorway exit.
The farmhouse consists of a group of houses, renovated respecting the local rural tradition , where hospitality is given in apartments with 2, 4 and 6 beds. The agricultural activity is focused on the production of wine and oil and sheep breeding.
In the garden of the farmhouse there is also an outdoor swimming pool for therelaxation andenjoyment of guests.
The accommodation
The structure, carefully restored respecting the traditional rural architecture, offers accommodation in three apartments:
- Libeccio: characteristic environment renovated respecting the rural architecture, has a living area with built-in kitchenette , sleeping area with doublebed and bathroom withshower. Immediately in front of the entrance door, for the exclusive use of the apartment, a furnished terrace.
- Scirocco: large apartment with a large furnished terrace terrace at noon, double bedroom, connecting room with two single beds (there is a door inbetween), large living-room (with vaulted ceiling) with built-in kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.
- Tramontana: large apartment that overlooks three sides of the house (North, South, East). It has two double bedrooms and two additional beds in the large living area (35 sq. m. living room)with built in kitchenette; bathroom with bath. It has two large furnished terraces, one outdoor and one indoor.
In addition, in the garden outside the farm you can also dive into a swimming pool. In the surroundings it is possible to go for walks in the forest..
In each apartment there is a barbecue for your outdoor grilling.
The apartments are carefully sanitized and disinfected at each guest change.
In each apartment you will find alcohol and/or alcoholic gel for hand disinfection.
In the swimming pool each guest/family group will have at their disposal their own parasol and deck chairs that they will use for the whole duration of their stay and that, at each change of guests, will be carefully disinfected and sanitized.
