Agriturismo Badia di Morrona

The Badia di Morrona lies halfway between Pisa and Volterra, in the heart of lands once walked by the Etruscans, and at a short distance from the village of Morrona. The countryside surrounding this ancient monastery is that of a picture postcard made up of wide valleys, rolling hills planted with the Company's own vines, olive trees and dense woodland.
The Badia di Morrona is within easy reach of the historical cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa, with it's international airport.

The farmhouses, which have been renovated with absolute respect for the Tuscan architectural style, are furnished with period furniture and equipped with all modern comforts and have a swimming pool and offer various types of accommodation.

Villa San Luigi
: (20 beds) a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of the vineyards of the farm with a view of the village of Morrona. It has a large living room at the disposal of guests, in the middle of which there is a wonderful stone fireplace, inviting them to chat in friendship and joy. A large porch opens onto the garden with swimming pool (7 x 15 m); the barbecue and the wood-burning oven allow you to spend pleasant evenings outdoors. On the first floor 8 bedrooms each with bathroom (2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi).
The house is equipped with air conditioning.

Villa Selvicciola: (sleeps16
)A typical farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields with a large swimming pool that reflects the warm colours of the Tuscan countryside. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a wonderful stone fireplace and a perfectly equipped kitchen and a bedroom. Villa Sant'Angiola: (sleeps 14) a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse and a large, relaxing swimming pool framed by oak and cypress woods, lush vineyards and silver olive groves. A large living room with a stone fireplace in the center, a cozy dining room and a functional kitchen, occupy the ground floor along with a bedroom with bathroom for the disabled. On the upper floor there are 6 large bedrooms, each with private bathroom, furnished with antique furniture in typical Tuscan style.

Vivaja: (sleeps 4) is a small and romantic farmhouse furnished with period furniture and skilfully restored in the Tuscan tradition. On the ground floor there is one large, well-organized space with a living room with fireplace, dining area and a comfortable kitchen, as well as a laundry room.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor where two beautiful bedrooms, one with a lovely canopy, and two bathrooms offer the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday. In the garden with an enchanting view of the hills there is a swimming pool for exclusive use (ø 5m)

Taneto : (sleeps4
) a cosy living room with fireplace in pietra serena and dining corner, a functional kitchen and two bedrooms with two bathrooms make this apartment suitable for a couple or a family looking for a holiday immersed in the green Tuscan hills.

VignaAlta: (sleeps 6) a large archway connects the dining area with the relaxation area of the stone fireplace. In the spacious kitchen the green colour dominates and is the leitmotif of this apartment, furnished with antique furniture and cared for in every detail, of which the three bedrooms with exclusive bathrooms are a testimony.

N'antia: (8 beds) a wise renovation has returned to daily use the old stables of the farmhouse, bringing back to view the vaults in terracotta and obtaining from the old mangers of the comfortable seats, thus creating a warm and particularly welcoming living room. The apartment is completed by a large kitchen - dining room with a large fireplace in terracotta and four beautiful bedrooms furnished with antique furniture in Tuscan style.

Suvera: (sleeps 6) the ancient loggia opens onto a large living room with fireplace and dining area. A functional kitchen and three bedrooms furnished, as the whole apartment, with period furniture, are ideal for a family that wants to spend a holiday in a typical Tuscan atmosphere.

Sodi: (sleeps 6) the large living room with a stone fireplace in the centre, the cosy kitchen-dining room, the three comfortable bedrooms, the warmth of the terracotta and of the wood beams, create an atmosphere rich in ancient flavours completed by the splendid view that can be enjoyed looking out from the entrance loggia.

Felciaio: (sleeps 4) the terracotta floors, the vaulted ceilings and the antique furniture make the living room with its beautiful wooden fireplace particularly welcoming. The kitchen and dining area are made unique by the brick arches. Two spacious bedrooms allow you to spend a relaxing holiday in the silence of the Tuscan hills.

Giulebbe: (sleeps 4) an ancient stone staircase leads to the traditional loggia in which a cosy living area has been created, allowing you to enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and woods. The interior, skilfully restored, offers a living-dining room dominated by an antique terracotta fireplace, the kitchen, and two bedrooms, one of which has a romantic canopy framing the wooden beams of the ceiling.
