Deposit:
after verifying the availability of the room, in order to book, the down payment of 30% of the whole amount is required. Methods of payment in the confirmation e-mail.
Reservations without deposit are not accepted.
Full settlement:
45 days before arrival
Penalties:
no penalty is due in the case the cancellation by e-mail or fax is done at least 45 days before the supposed date of arrival: the whole sum of the deposit will be refunded after the crediting expenses have been deducted
the whole sum of the deposit (30% of the entire cost of the stay) will be held if the cancellation is communicated by e-mail or fax less than 45 days before the supposed date of arrival
the whole sum of the deposit will be held and the booking will be automatically cancelled for the reserved period if the cancellation isn’t communicated
the whole amount of the booked stay will be kept in case of an early departure
Check-in:
the rooms are available from 4 pm to 8 pm. In case of different times a previous agreement is necessary
Check-out
the rooms must be left free within 10:00 am of the departure day
No smoking in any room of the villa (rooms, bathrooms, living rooms)
Animals are not admitted.
