To stay at the Carbonaia farmhouse means living in a scenario in which nature is protagonist. The estate, composed by five houses, is a biological farm immersed in the nature, among woods, fruit and olive trees, and has Senese race pigs in semi-wild state. In this farmhouse you will find a strong link to the Tuscan agricultural traditions, kindness and professionalism.
Carbonaia’s guests will have the opportunity of tasting and buying extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm, Tuscan wines and cold cuts obtained from Senese race pigs bred in the farm. Those guests who will spend their holidays at Carbonaia in autumn will have the amusing opportunity of seeing the picking of olives.

Accommodation is provided in the restored houses respecting the original structure and using traditional materials. Furniture is simple and comfortable, in perfect Tuscan style. From each house, with stone floors and beam cellars, wonderful view over the surrounding valley.
Two pools, the bigger one with a large solarium in brick furnished with sunlougers, sunshades, and external shower is placed in a gentle slope facing the valley in a sunny position; the smaller, near Casa Carbonaia, is of exclusively use of this house’s guests. Each house has private parking place.
Casa Favilli: 6 rooms,10+4 bed places, 2 floors,180 sqm, 50 mt to the pool. Equipped garden and pergola.
Ground floor: large kitchen (4 gas rings) with fireplace, living-room, sat-tv, double room with fireplace.
First floor: bedroom with a double and a single bed, wc, one twin bedded room, shower/wc. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, shower/wc.

Il Casotto: 32 sqm, 50 m to the pool, two floors. 2 rooms, 2+1 bed places.

Terra Bianca: house composed by two apartments, both with separated entrance and independent garden, 30 mt to the pool.
Ground floor: 2 rooms, 4+1 bed places, 50 sqm, separated entrance on the back of the house, large independent garden. Kitchen (4 gas rings) with fireplace, sat tv, wc/shower, bedroom with double and 2 single beds.

Casa Carbonaia: A small pool (8,50 x 4,50 mt) with sun loungers and sunshades is at guest’s disposal. Casa Carbonaia’s guests can anyway use the big pool situated 500 mt away. Two floor, 200 sqm, 6 rooms, 9+4 bed places.
Large living-room with fireplace, kitchen (4 rings, oven) with dining area, sat-tv, double room with shower/wc. The big glass door in the living room let the sunlight enter the whole day.
First floor: double room, wc/shower, large three bedded room with fireplace, two bedded room. Great comfort.
