The farmhouse, with a wide and productive garden, stands on a hill right in the hinterland of Costa degli Etruschi, in the province of Pisa. The gorgeous panorama of the sea and the sweet hills of Tuscany, the small villages surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, cypresses, and cultivations in the middle of bushes, make your stay in Casale Bellaria an unforgettable experience. If you are lucky, when walking through the splendid bushes in the neighbourhood , you may encounter wild animals such as foxes, porcupines, buzzards and hares.

Casale Bellaria offers to its guests a flat located inside the farmhouse, with an independent entrance and parking, and a detached house, both surrounded by fertile gardens and furnished tastefully. After having accomplished restorations with the utmost care, in compliance with bio-building criteria, and drawing their inspiration from the typical architecture of the Tuscan countryside, the owners have created a refined, harmonious and wholesome habitat.

La Sughera (48 sq. meters - 2/4 persons): a separate, very quiet flat, which stands at ground floor level, that of the owners' house, in the wonderful Tuscan countryside , amidst olive-trees cultivated by observing organic farming techniques. The ideal place for families with children or to enjoy romantic holidays. It is furnished in the Tuscan rustic style and consists of a living-room with a double bed-sofa, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double- bed and a bathroom with a shower. A comfortable veranda leads to the entrance , and in the spacious garden our guests may dispose of a gazebo fitted with a table and chairs, sunbeds to relax while taking a sun-bath. In this private garden, you may enjoy the wonderful view over the valley of the Cecina river as far as the sea of the Tuscan archipelago and the Etruscan Coast .On clear days, Elbe and Corsica islands may be seen. Private parking and a children's playground fitted with pencils and felt-tip pens.

Il Pino (65 sq. meters – max. 6 persons): a detached lovely Tuscan villa surrounded by a luxuriant garden (2000 sq.meters. approx). Private parking. You may feel quiet and peace everywhere. All details and commodities have been chosen with the utmost care, which makes this atmosphere very special. It consists of a spacious living-room with a chimney, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing-machine, two bedrooms, one of them furnished with a gallery, both with a double bed. Barbecue. Outside, a nice patio where you may have your meals and relax amidst the nature and the beauty of Tuscany. The garden is fully fenced in: pets are welcome for no extra charge.
