The farmhouse is located in the heart of sweet Tuscan hills surrounded by the Natural Park of Germagnana.
It covers a surface of 50 hectares approximately and it is positioned in a dominating spot at 140 meters above sea level.

Woods, vineyards and olive grooves surrounding our farmhouse convey an irresistible sensation of freedom and peace. Furthermore, the familiar and welcoming atmosphere made of simple and typical touches of our Tuscan culture will suddenly surround you.
The swimmingpool is surrounded by a green grass area and has wonderful panoramic view over the endless valley.
For those fond of animals and particularly of horses, the Germagnana farmhouse offers the chance to ride one of our horses for a suggestive ride along the paths of our farm company, which covers over 50 hectares inside a natural park.
Our animals are calm and, therefore, suitable not only for those who are already experienced riders but also for beginners.
For our guests who are not interested in relaxation only, we offer mountain bikes at full disposal to enjoy tours in close contact with nature along the long paths crossing the wood.
