The agriturismo
The farmhouse "Il Noce" is a real farm located in a beautiful setting with spectacular views of Volterra. The farm is surrounded by an estate of 100 hectares planted with fruit and cereals
The newly renovated apartments are comfortable, spacious and furnished with care. The kitchens are well equipped and have a dishwasher and oven. All have private entrances and are equipped with air conditioning and independent heating.
Available to our guests is a large swimming pool open from May to October. There are also plenty of trails on the property suitable for hiking and mountain biking.

First Floor:Double bedroom with private bathroom and single bed, twin/double bedroom with private bathroom and balcony. Gazebo equipped in the garden with table, chairs and barbecue.
Gelsomino Apartment: Three-room ground floor apartment of 80 sqm sleeps 4 3 Living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin/double bedroom with private bathroom and single bed. Gazebo equipped in the garden with table and barbecue.
Apartment Rosa: Three-room apartment on the second floor of 80 sqm sleeps 4 1 Living room/Kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom and single bed, twin/double bedroom with private bathroom. Gazebo equipped in the garden with table chairs and barbecue.
Apartment Ginestra: Three-room apartment - second floor 80 sqm sleeps 4 3 Living room/Kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin/double bedroom with private bathroom and single bed. Gazebo equipped in the garden with table, chairs and barbecue.

As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
