A villa set on the highest peak of a hill, situated in superb panoramic position immersed in the over 2000 sq. m. garden and 39 hectares of vineyard, woods and olive grove. All flats are made up of  kitchen/living room area, bathroom, double room (some with four poster bed) double air-conditioning (bedroom + living room); flats on ground floor also feature  a spacious portico with private relax area and view over the swimming pool.
The suite and the bedrooms, instead, have double beds, perfect air-conditioning, bathroom and outdoor portico or terrace, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view.

The spacious swimming pool, few metres from the facility, features sun beds and garden umbrellas and is set among olive trees and vineyards, in a quiet and private spot, which enjoys a unique panorama, too. There is also acommon panoramic terrace with its unforgettable sunsets and a small, but typical, restaurant exclusively reserved to the guest, where breakfast is served. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening you can enjoy a dinner including typical Tuscan products and the region’s most excellent wines.
