Antica fornace gives you the chance to watch all the processing stages of agricultural products, in addition to the possibility to participate to product samplings on the farm, all items can then be purchased (including our top IGT wine and our famed extra virgin Olive oil, as well as preserves, honey etc).Full relaxation and privacy are guaranteed, in informal and quiet settings. The medieval hamlet of Cedri, with eighteenth-century Villa Alessandria,is 300 m. from the agritourism.

In the neighbourhood there are many other hamlets like Ghizzano Toiano, Villasaletta, Pratello, Castelfalfi, Palaia, Chianti, Libbiano (with its astronomical observatory), Lajatico (with Boccelli’s “Silence Theatre”), which are all rich in art and surrounded by the splendid landscape of the Alta Valdera park. In addition, the staff will inform you about the villages’ festivals and on events that take place during your stay, as well as on visits to the museums of Volterra, Peccioli and Montaione or other outstanding events like Siena’s Palio.  
On your walks you may come across squirrels, pheasants, hares or roe-deer.
