We work with children all year round as we are an educational farm, I'm an expert in outdoor education and my daughter is psychologist and both are Pet Therapy operator, so for the all year we work with children of all ages and children are welcome for us.
As you can read on the description, this is not a tourist village, is an agritourism where people come to relax, so we only ask to our guest to rispect normal education roules. However, it seems to me that your children have played in the pool and have also brought what is not allowed.
Furthermore, the rules in the pool have been decided for the safety of the guests (such as, for example, not running on the edge of the pool because you can slip), and most of the time you were in the pool you didn't respect them.
Anyway, you booked for six people and you were in eight. The House is for 4 adults and two children under 12 years old and you can find 12 of each type of crockery. About the chears, usually the material for the outside is in plastic.
Furthermore, you were here with other friends (who booked the other villa) and we give you another big table fot the outside to eat all (14 people) together, we spent time with you and your children to show the dogs and the little pig we have, you could stay in the pool also over the check out ecc.
