Le Valli

The old farmhouse has been beautifully restored using original materials of the time: field stones, hand-made bricks, timber beamed ceilings, terra-cotta floors. As was customary, the ground floor was used to house animals while farmers used to sleep upstairs.

It is formed by 5 apartments for 2/4/9 persons with private entrance and a 9x18 m panoramic swimming-pool (open from June to September).
The apartments are communicating and can host groups of 20 + 10 persons.

Moraiolo for 4 + 1 persons (90 sm) on two levels: on the ground floor has a dining room with single divan-bed and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom (double bed) with bathroom (shower); on the first floor 1 double bedroom (single beds) with bathroom (shower). Private terrasse and little garden with dining-table. Comfortably suitable for two couples, with babies.
Frantoio for 4 + 2 persons (90 am) on two levels: on the ground floor, has a dining room with double divan-bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower; on the first floor 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single ones) and 1 bathroom (shower). Private terrasse with dining-table. Ideal for a family.
Pendolino for 4 + 3 persons (100 sm) on the first floor, has a dining-room with single divan-bed and kitchenette and upper level with 2 single beds, 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single ones) and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with tub). Ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
Leccino for 2 + 1 persons on the first floor, is a 50 sm one-room flat with kitchenette, king size divan-bed and upper level with double bed. Ideal for two.
Coratina for 6 + 3 persons (110 sm) on the ground floor, has a dining-room with kitchenette, 1 triple bedroom and 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single ones) 2 bathrooms with tub. Private garden with dining-table. Ideal for up to nine guests, for large families or groups of friends.

The park surrounding the farmhouse has several places which invite for relaxing. Our guests have at their disposal a barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor shower, baby garden toys, fruits trees and orchard. Paths through the woods for walking, riding. Avaible babies beds. Mild weather, enduring marine breeze during the evening, especially in summer.

Living Hall: it consists of an open space with: dining-area, open kitchen, living-area with fire-space. Ideal for celebrations, tasting, expositions, meeting, events, activities, training.
