The agriturismo is the result of a devoted work of 25 years. The farm is a flower of the old estate of Colleoli in the central Tuscany.

Casa Padronale (The Main House)
The main building, of which reconstruction was completed by 2005, is situated at the summit of a hill and commands a 360° panorama overlooking the surrounding areas. This building was divided into four apartments, each one with its own private entrance and with arches incorporating a ‘loggia' for eating outside the apartment.

“CentUlivi” and “LoggiAntica”: (6 beds/apartment, 100m2): These apartments are situated on the ground floor and face south-east and south west respectively. From the arch loggia, it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the hilly landscape. They have a large living room (kitchen-dining and sitting room) of about 50 m2, three double rooms and two bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

“BelVedere” and “MiraValle”: (8 beds/apartment, 120m2): These apartments are situated on the first floor and have a wide living room (kitchen, dining and sitting room), which leads off from a covered panoramic terrace, four bedrooms (double rooms with 8 beds in all), three bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

An electrical oven, a stove top with four burners, a sink, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a satellite TV and a fireplace complete a cozy furniture, typical of the Tuscan farmhouse, provided with all comforts.

Vecchio Fienile (The Old Barn) This is on the first floor and is the owner's home which is used sometimes during the summer period.
“La Mangiatoia”, on the first floor, there is the owners' apartment. On the ground floor there is the reception, which has been built in the old renovated cattle shed with all the typical elements of the old building. Here, you can also enjoy and buy the typical products of Tuscany.

The swimming pool (14x6) has been built in perfect harmony with the surrounding hilly landscape. From its terrace, it is possible to enjoy a wonderful panorama of the uncontaminated landscape of Valdera. The swimming pool is between 1 m and 2,60 m deep to enable springboard dives. All around the sides of the pool are umbrellas, chairs, tables and sun beds, all for use by the guests of the Agriturismo.

Outside is a 20000 sqm private park, with ancient olive trees which are also used to produce the estates' own ‘Extra Vergine' olive oil. There is also a wooden oven, barbeque, children swing, tables and chairs, which are all for the use of guests.
The automatic entrance doors allow our guests to be completely free and to safely enter and exit the agriturismo .
