The old farmhouse is situated in an area of remarkable artistic, cultural and naturalistic interest, very near the Etruscan town of Volterra and the medieval town of San Gimignano, not far from the Tuscan coast.

Four apartments at guests' disposal: two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The three four-bed flats consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The two-bed flat Margherita is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen with sofa-bed and fireplace, one double bedroom and one bathroom.
There is also a living room where the guests can find information about the places to visit. All around the house there is a garden furnished with tables and chairs if you want to eat in the open air and a barbecue.
The swimming pool is situated in a panoramic area, overlooking the forest of Berignone and an ancient fortress, dating back to the 12th century, the “Rocca Sillana”.
