The agriturismo

Reorganized rural house made with stones, immersed in the green of the Alta Maremma Toscana, enjoys a wonderful view on the ancient Estruscan city of Volterra. Its dominant position on the hill gives the guests a feeling of peacefulness and offers accomodation in four apartments.

The accommodation

The rual house has been reorganized following the model of the ancient tuscan style and offers its guests the availability of 4 appartments well treated and cosy with a wide living room with cooking corner, sofa bed (double) master bedroom with bathroom, all equipped with satellite tv and independent entrance.

The agritourism has a big guest-house with a wide porch, recreational zone where it's possible to play (it has table soccer), eat, relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful swimming pool (mt. 12 x 6) with a water massage zone with a salination plant.

Activities and surrounding

The farm is situated on the sweet hills of the Alta Val di Cecina, immersed in the green between the natural reserve of Berignone and the one of Monterifoli, which give our territory, extended for 21 hectares of cultivated land mainly with olive trees and durum wheat, a wonderful view of many animals of the Alta Maremma Toscana.
The strategic position of our farm allows the tourist to visit in a short time the most important cities of Tuscany: Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca. Nearby it's possible to visit the small historical village of Pomarance; pay a visit to its ancient "Ruderi", like the Rocca Siliana, the Pieve di San Giovanni and San Dalmazio, and its medieval districts.

Furthermore you can access to many services that the City Hall offers (horse riding, tennis courts, five-a-side soccer, theatre, exhibitions, town festivals and many others). At 10 minutes of distance you can enjoy relaxing days in the Natural Reserve of Berignone, where you can bathe in the clean water at the "Masso delle Fanciulle". Another place to visit is Volterra (20 minutes by car), "magic and mysterious" city where it's possible to find traces and testimonies of every period.
For those who love the sea, only 40 minutes away there are the beaches of the Tuscan coast. The farm is in the "heart" of Tuscany and allows everybody to have an unforgettable holiday, horse riding through the valleys, excursions in the history and the true Tuscan culture.
