We stayed at Serraspina for 4 nighzs and had half board. From the moment we arrived our host were warm and hospitable. The food was really fantastic, such as pasta from farro and meat, beef cooked on the grill and pork with olives.... All fresh and well prepared. Paolo and Sara were really helpful with our 7 month old daughter.
We stayed in Vento which was lovely and well equipt. We could prepare simple things in the kitchen. On our last day Paolo took us for a tour of the views which was lovely. I would no hesitate to stay again it was wonderful. Thank you Sara and Paolo.
All around nice and familier

Wonderful place with excellent food and a real treat to be able to try classic Italian food with a difference, we've never had pasta made from Farro flour before. Our 7 and 9 year olds loved it too, and we found it easy and welcoming for them. Great location for exploring some amazing cities; Volterra, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignamo all accessible within an hour by car. Lovely to be able to explore in the morning knowing there is a pool and excellent dinner waiting for you. But what makes this place really special is the hospitality from Sara and Paolo, who are genuinely pleased to welcome you to their home and dinner table. They went above and beyond, we had a crisis at Pisa airport and Paolo called me back to volunteer to drive the hour to us to help, we can't thank him enough, we would have been totally stuck without him.
