Placed in the hearth of Tuscany near Lucca, it sets in the green valley among green hills of chestnut trees, acacia trees, olives trees and vineyards.
Glancing up every now and then stand “dieci castella”, ten medieval villages that form the Svizzera Pesciatina for a resemblance with Switzerland.
It is rented the whole structure only.

Casa Santovecchio (10+ 2 peop.) is traditionally and warmly furnished as an old Tuscan cottage. The House (200mq) has two floors.
When you enter the front door you are welcomed by a cosy kitchen, with a big fireplace, continuing we arrive into a comfortable living room. It has a panoramic arched glass door that opens out onto the front patio. A door in the living room opens into living/dining room with kitchen corner, a fireplace and double sofa bed. A glass door in this room opens onto a paved furnished side terrace with tables, chairs and barbecue. On the same floor there is one double bedroom and two bathrooms equipped with toilet facilities and one with shower too.
From the living room you can go up the old stone staircase that leads to the first floor where there is the sleeping area. There are two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms equipped with toilet facilities and shower. From each bedroom window of bedrooms you have a lovely view.
