Pescia (Pistoia)
Surrounded by olive trees and lawns, the agriturismo stands on a hillside overlooking the historic city of Pescia, inside a newly renovated farmhouse.
In the 1920s, the house was inhabited by a group of monks who adapted it for agricultural use. Today it is managed by a young couple with experience in the tourism sector, who want to welcome their guests into nature, and ensure that every one of them has a truly enjoyable stay.
Four elegant apartments over two floors, built to accommodate between 2 and 4 guests in spacious rooms with views of the surrounding hills. Each apartment also comes with a large fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer.
There is also a scenic outdoor swimming pool with a large whirlpool zone, as well as mountain bikes, a ping pong table and free internet. Guests can purchase local produce, and massages performed by specialist personnel are also available upon booking.
Breakfast, aperitifs, tasting and dinner, all prepared using homemade regional produce.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: spa treatments and hammams at the Montecatini and Monsummano Terme Spa Centres (in Monsummano there is also an 18 hole golf course); the Pinocchio park with the adjacent Villa Garzoni, birdwatching on the Padule di Fucecchio marsh, tours of the “dieci castella” medieval villages to discover magical hamlets; trekking along the pathways from the Via della Fiaba to Pinocchio’s oak tree.
The farm’s strategic location offers quick access to cities such as Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Siena, but also the Apuan Alps with their CAI (Club alpino italiano, Italian Alpine Club) pathways and characteristic refuges.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.

It was a desire to to meet new and interesting people all the time which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially appreciate its closeness to artistic/cultural points of interest.
