Typical rural Tuscany house, located on the top of a hill providing a splendid view over the valley of Nievole and the closest medieval villages and on the surrounding hills and mountains.
The estate is encircled of a dense forest and offers 3 small rustic apartments. A swimming pool in summer and a jacuzzi during all year long provide cool and relaxing time in the very top of the plot.

The farm house is in the middle of an olive grove with scattered fruit trees (2 hectares) and all these are encircled from a dense forest (chestnut and oak trees, pines). It's a very quiet and calm place in nature, ideal for a relaxing weekend stay or longer vacation.
Around the house there are three small apartments recently restructured and furnished traditionally where before was a barn and a deposit of agricultural machineries. One of them can accommodate 2 persons, the second 3 persons and the third 4 persons:

Barn upstairs
1 double bed room and double sofa-bed in the same room. Living room with cooking area and chimney. 1 bathroom with cabin-shower. Autonomous heating. Great balcony with magnificent views to the valley, the forest and the nearest medieval villages. Can accommodate 2 -4 persons. Satellite TV and DVD player.

Barn downstairs
1 room with double bed and sofa bed. Small living room  with cooking area. 1 bathroom with cabin-shower. Autonomous heating. Private garden fenced, ideal if you have a dog. Can accommodate  2-3 persons.

Cottage
1 room with 1 double bed and small lounge with cooking area and chimney. 1 bathroom with cabin-shower. Autonomous heating. Can accommodate 2-3 persons. TV and DVD player and TV in bedroom.
 
On the very top of the property there is also a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi (winter function as well) in a natural ambiance with great views all around.
Near the swimming pool there is also a small bar where you can enjoy a drink, a coffee, a salad or a sandwich.
Parking for your car close to the apartments, BBQ and firewood furnace.
Ping pong table, mountain bikes.
Portable baby crib.
Typical Tuscany restaurants are available very close.
We don’t offer full pension but we can organize a bbq or a pizza night and eat in the garden or around the swimming pool or if bad weather in the large dinner room.
Supermarket is 12 km from ‘fioretto’ in the city of Montecatini Terme where you can get supplies for your staying here.
In your apartment you will find street maps for restaurants and supermarkets of the area.

In our farm you can acquire finest quality of olive oil and marmalades made from us and from fruits of our trees.
