The agriturismo
In the verdant countryside of the Padule di Fucecchio Nature Reserve, the farm is devoted to the organic cultivation of kiwi, feijoa and berries, and to the production of jams and bee products.
The farmhouse, recently renovated in keeping with tradition, is well connected to Tuscany’s main attractions and offers accommodation in carefully furnished apartments complete with all modern comforts.
The accommodation
Chestnut wood beam and tile ceilings, floors in Florentine terracotta, beds in wrought iron and typical Tuscan furniture form the setting for the modern comforts of each apartment: heating, air conditioning, LAN and Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with oven, fridge, tableware, hairdryer and private parking.
The first floor is home to 2 two-room apartments: Kiwi references the colours of its fruit namesake, the farm’s core business; Miele is characterised by bright, vibrant shades of yellow.
The three-room apartment Torrente, also on the first floor, recalls the river Pescia, which can be seen from its two windows. Blue is the dominant colour. Lampone, with pink hues, is on two floors and is the largest; Uva spina is a double bedroom (or triple if required) in green and white, with private entrance and equipped to accommodate disabled guests.
Outside the farmhouse are green areas for children to play in and adults to relax.
