The agriturismo
The Bonello Farm stands from the 7th century in the country of Siena, exactly in the heart of the Val d'Orcia Park, in the panoramic road that leads from Pienza to San Quirico d'Orcia.
The housing estate has been recently restored in a masterly fashion respecting the original typological features and using the traditional construction materials of the rural architecture from Val d'Orcia.
The charm of the scenery is remarkable since the farm is set on a hill of cypress trees.
It is possible to admire the green hills and the clay hills of Val d'Orcia, the majesty of Monte Amiata and the unforgettable colours of the sunsets in the cool of the trees of the farmhouse garden or relaxing along the borders of its swimming pool.
The accommodation
The accommodation takes place in independent flats:
- three flats of about 40 square metres with double room, bathroom, dining room and kitchenette (2 beds with the possibility of an additional bed)
- a 60 square metres flat with two double rooms, two bathrooms, dining room and kitchenette (4 beds with the chance of two additional beds).
Each flat has independent heating, TV and cable TV and all the rooms are arranged with mechanical ventilation systems.
OUR COMMITMENT FOR COVID
To protect your health and in full compliance with Government laws for COVID-19 epidemiology emergency, we have prepared appropriate precautions to ensure the absolute safety of our structure.
DISTANCE BETWEEN PEOPLE
To facilitate the distancing between people and to guarantee all the necessary spaces, we have adopted the following measures:
1. We have reduced the number of reservations and guest present at the farmhouse
2. For each apartment we have assigned outdoor table and sun bed to be used exclusively for the entire holiday.
3. We have created outdoor areas dedicated to each family group.
STRUCTURE ACCESS
Check-in at farm is allowed only:
1. Self-certification that excludes people with symptoms of respiratory infection or with fever or close contact at high risk of exposure to people positive to the virus in the previous 14 days.
2. With the mandatory use of mask in internal area and in external area with interpersonal distance less than 2 meters.
3. With the mandatory use of gloves that in internal area.
CLEANING
All farm spaces are subject to careful daily cleaning, sanitation and periodic sanitization with specific products, as well as being equipped with containers of spray, gel or liquid hand sanitizers. After guest departure all room, all surfaces (keys, handles, switches, drawers, bedside tables, chairs, tables, remote controls, wardrobes , etc.) which the guest have contact are cleaning and sanitized.
The staff change gloves, mask and gown after every phase of cleaning cycle, The staff must to use personal protective equipment, ensure compliance with safety measures and constant ventilation of the rooms.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is only available by reservation.
Before entry in breakfast dining room the guest have to provide hands disinfection with germicide (liquid or gel), located at the entry and use the musk.
Tables and chairs are arrange for respect one meter of distance between different people.
The staff sanitizes tables, chairs and surfaces after every use.

Activities and surrounding
This place is an excellent starting point for historical and cultural excursions thanks to its position among Siena, Arezzo and Perugia and the outskirts of some historical centres like Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Chiusi as well as Abbadia San Salvadore or the abbeys of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Sant'Antimo. At the same time you can find some important thermal centres as San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme, Sant'Albino, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo.
Natural attractions are present together with the beauties of nature and the countryside of Val d'Orcia and you can admire them through trekking or mountain bike excursions. You will also find Monte Amiata, Lake Trasimeno and Lake of Bolsena a few kilometres away.
Our clients will have at their disposal a private parking, a wide garden furnished to eat in the open air, a hall, a reading room, a laundry, a swimming pool, mountain bikes for the excursions and finally a friendly atmosphere together with the availability of a receptionist who will always be present in the farm to let you know the marvels of the land and answer your questions.
