Ancient historic residence of the nineteenth century, completely renovated, maintaining the original architecture intact. Wine and oil producer, the estate is situated on the hills of San Gimignano, in an area where everything appears to aspire to excellence.
The accommodation
The Wine Resort merges into the agricultural estate, where the wine and oil are produced that give their names to the apartments, conceived and furnished combining comfort with Tuscan tradition.
All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, internet connections and flat-screen TV with four satellite channels, telephone, and all the bedrooms are complete with private bathroom.
In the grounds is a swimming pool with play ground for children, equipped outdoor areas, and footpaths leading through the estate for guests who wish to immerse themselves in the peace of nature.
On Tuesday and Friday evenings tastings of wines and typical products are organized for guests.
Upon arrival the welcome cocktail will be served beside the swimming pool.
For all its products, the estate has chosen to pursue the search for quality, conserving and valorizing the typical features of the territory.
This strategy materializes in the Wine, the Oil, the Vinsanto, the Grappas and the Jams and all the other products of the best Tuscan tradition which, from the estate reach the tables of bon viveurs the world over.

The estate is situated just a few hundred metres from the centre of San Gimignano and boasts a fine view of the splendid towers that have made San Gimignano famous all over the world.
A place immersed in the verdant countryside, while within easy reach of all the most important art centres of Tuscany - Florence is 40 km away, Siena 30 km, Volterra 15 km - and just a short distance from the Tyrrhenian coast.
