This farm holiday centre is made up of: a dining hall with a hi-fi stereo system, two common toilets, a professional restaurant kitchen, four rooms with en suite bathrooms, an apartment with its own kitchen.

All the rooms and the bathrooms are carefully, tastefully furnished with high quality-materials, with a preference for natural stone and chestnut, beech and cherry wood. The bed frames, in particular, are joined together without any metal parts, and the mattresses have undergone a special electrostatic treatment to keep out all harmful magnetic fields and favour natural, relaxing sleep.

All the elegant sanitary fixtures and ceramic tiles are of the highest quality. All the shower boxes are aluminium and glass, from the best brands. Every room / apartment is fitted with a latest generation LED HDTV set.

The house is accessed through a small, picturesque courtyard with an excellent stereo system. On the back, the grill area is fitted with a wood-fired oven and a grill station. The very large swimming pool is almost 140 sq.m., with a dedicated Jacuzzi area. There are Bose speakers at the pool’s four corners, to allow guests to enjoy excellent music here too. A wooden gazebo with a table and chairs, a solar-powered body shower and photocell foot shower, deckchairs and umbrellas complete the pool’s area.

There is an ample, covered parking for the customers' car, made of wood and reeds. All the common spaces, outdoor openings, internal footpaths and the pool are exquisitely illuminated at night, with warm and relaxing lamps that do not hide the starry sky, or with fascinating LED lights that light up the trees from below. The ensuing effect is magical.

If they wish, guests may stay for dinner. The food served will be of the highest quality, refined yet simple and natural, cooked from extra fresh ingredients like cured meats and different cheeses, beef, pork, the local Siena cinta pork, boar, mushrooms, truffles - all coming from local farms. These will be accompanied by a selection of local wines made by the owner, who is studying to become a master sommelier, and including first rate Chianti, Brunello, Nobile, Supertuscans.
