The farmhouse rises from the walls of an ancient stone and brick farmhouse, set among the rolling hills of Siena and Arezzo in the Valdichiana, on a strip of fertile plain planted with corn, wheat and sunflowers.

In the background are the ancient castles of Scrofiano, Lucignano, Farnetella, Sinalunga and Rigomagno, valuable centers of tourist attraction that have survived to the present day in their original urban layouts.

The farm offers hospitality in two comfortable and independent apartments , 1 lovely studio apartment with kitchenette and 1 bedroom. Furnished with the sober and refined taste of country houses of yesteryear, the accommodations enjoy every comfort.

The farm has an agreement with the restaurant Locanda del Baraccotto (1.5 km) and also offers its guests half board.

The agritourism farm consists of 15 hectares of land, most of it is sown to corn, wheat and sunflowers, as well as about 50 olive trees. Surrounding the farmhouse are about 700 square meters of fully fenced parkland.

The two apartments, which have a common entrance from a convenient internal staircase, have been carefully restored respecting their original features and furnished using Tuscan-style furniture that guarantees a high comfort.Both have views of the park and the swimming pool.

The Elisa apartment is about 80 m2, is on the second floor and consists of living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace, double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one quadruple bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The Marisa apartment is 45 m2, is on the second floor and includes living-dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The Rosa studio apartment is on the second floor of the main house and consists of kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, electric stove and all the current for cooking, table and chairs. It has a double bed, single bed and bathroom with shower. It is ideal for 2 to 3 people.It is accessed from one by a characteristic outdoor staircase.

The "VIOLA" room is also located on the second floor of the main house and consists of a double bed, single bed, and bathroom with shower. It is accessed from one by a characteristic outside staircase.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

The large and well-equipped garden around the farmhouse, in addition to the 6x12 swimming pool open from May to October, has covered parking spaces, barbecue, volleyball, mountain bikes, table tennis, gazebo, garden furniture and laundry in common use.

The owner is present at the property and is available for any problem or information.
Upon request, she can prepare the typical Tuscan breakfast for you.
During the succession of the seasons it will be possible to get involved in the activities of the farm, as well as taste and buy tasty and genuine products.

The property is surrounded by green cultivated fields among the hills of Valdichiana, halfway between two small historic towns: Lucignano and Sinalunga.

In the immediate vicinity there are two very prestigious spas, golf course, riding school, adventure park and sport fishing ponds. The farmhouse has an agreement with the Antica Querciolaia Spa (entrance and treatments) and Adventure Park.

Many activities are also organized on the farm, such as Tuscan cooking classes: 35 euros per person including everything and no minimum number of participants required!

Guests will work the puff pastry, make pasta by hand, learn the secrets for typical Tuscan sauces and get to prepare a complete meal from appetizer to dessert.

At the end of the preparation, everyone will be at the table to enjoy the delicacies!

The company also offers a Chef-at-Home service so you can taste typical dishes in the comfort of your own home: customizable menu, possibility of gluten-free and vegan dishes; full menu at euro 25,00 per person including groceries, service, cleaning and wine (Chianti).

Typical menu: vegetable carpaccio with wild thyme ricotta kenelle; pici with fresh cherry tomatoes and herb pesto; handmade tagliatelle with white chianina ragu; prosciutto-crusted filettino with field salad; red fruit cream.
