Where the fertile slopes of the Valdichiana in the province of Arezzo meet those in the province of Siena is the ancient fortified town of Lucignano stands this farm estate. The two apartments have a communal entrance, an internal staircase, and have managed to keep their ancient look.

This ancient farmhouse is divided into two apartments and has as a backdrop the ancient castles of Lucignano, Scrofiano, Farnetella and Sinalunga.
The two apartments have a communal entrance, an internal staircase, and have managed to keep their ancient look. They are furnished comfortably Tuscan style. A large fenced garden has covered carport, barbecue, garden furniture and a 6x12m pool.
Elisa 4+2 70 m2: first floor apartment with sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and fireplace, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Dishwasher.
Marisa 2+2 45 m2: first floor apartment has sitting-dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
On request the owner can prepare the breakfast. Garage, ping-pong, volley, mountain-bike, barbecue and common laundry are at disposal for guests.
