Casa Vacanze Borgo Villa Risi

The apartments, belonging to different typologies, are furnished in the classical Tuscan style; the floors are made of earthenware tiles and ceilings of visible beams and mizzens. Each flat is provided with: bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating system, microwave oven, kitchen area with dishwasher and satellite TV. Each flat has, besides the shared spaces, a small external equipped yard. The complex can be accessed to through a remote-controlled gate directly in the parking area.

Apartament Alisei
Charming flat obtained from the ancient barn of the village, furnished in the classical Tuscan style. The flat can be accessed to from the small square equipped with garden furniture and beach umbrella (private yard).
The flat expands on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the lounge area with two sofas, a dining room, a wide kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a bathroom with shower.
A fully visible staircase leads to the first floor, paved with wooden planks, where is situated a box room opening into: a double room with a large panoramic window on the garden, a bedroom with two twin beds unitable on request and a bathroom with a shower.

Apartament Maestrale
The apartment is adjacent to the main house is furnished in classic Tuscan style. It can be reached by a staircase that leads directly to the front door. Your gateway to introduce into the living room furnished with 2 sofas, plasma TV, table and kitchen equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher microinde. From windows you can enjoy living on one side Siena and the Torre del Mangia and the other hills Senesi. From the living room a door leads into the sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower.

Apartament Eolo
Situated on the small square (private yard), it is provided with an independent entrance through a big glass partition with arch dating back to 1829; ceilings are made of visible beams.
The flat was obtained from a stable and from the ancient wood oven.
Inside there is the lounge dining room, the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, four-burner gas cooker and microwave oven.
A sliding door in the living room opens onto a small boxroom giving onto the romantic double room and the bathroom with shower cabin.
A wooden stair leads to the intermediate floor with two single beds unitable on request.

Apartament Scirocco
The flat, which was obtained from the old barn, is situated on the western edge of the village and can be reached from a paved terrace of earthenware tiles which forms the charming external yard equipped with garden furniture.
The entrance door leads directly to the lounge dining area provided with sofa bed, on the right side a door glass door gives onto the small square. The kitchen area, separated from the living room, is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
From the living room a sliding door opens onto a small boxroom from where the double room – provided with en-suite bathroom and shower cabin - can be reached.
Through the door-window of the room one can access to a small balcony.

Apartament Zefiro
The flat was obtained from the ancient stable where the thoroughbred horses of the first owners of Villa Risi were kept.
It can be accessed to through a beautiful porch equipped with outdoor furniture onto which open three glass doors overlooking the garden. The flat allows to enjoy a wonderful panorama of the Sienese hills.
Trough the main door we can reach the lounge dining room equipped with sofa bed. Going down a step we can access to the kitchen equipped with gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
From the living room starts a boxroom onto which open the wide double bedroom with glass door and the spacious bathroom with shower cabin.
