The Casella was built by Tarugi at the end of 1700 and was inhabited during the following years by peasant families of Orcia Valley.
The farmhouse consists in around 150 hectares, where grains are grown.

The farm holidays is made of 4 apartments with modern and funtional furnishing.
On the upper floor there are 2 apartments (La Colonica and Il Granaio), while on the ground floor you can find 2 apartments: Il Pozzo (Well) and Il Mulino (Mill) from where you can enjoy an excellent view over the wonderful landscape of Orcia Valley.
La Colonica and Il Granaio (ideal for families): the two apartments are on the first floor of the house and is accessed by an external staircase. Both are very large, there are two bedrooms, two bahrooms, a kitchen and a living room (with sofa bed) with fireplace and kitchen.
Il Pozzo: for 4 people, the entrance is on ground floor. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The apartment has a small garden with a table, great to eat outdoor.
Il Mulino: for 2 / 3 people, it is on the ground floor in front of pool. There are a bedroom (with a single a bed), a bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen.
Each apartment is with also an american coffee machine and the toaster.
