The agriturismo
The Agriturismo Cignan Rosso is composed by a stone farmhouse with internal yard, built around an ancient Florentine guard tower, with an old stone cottage and a two-floored granary with wooden beam floor.
The accommodation
In the main building there are the owners and the employees’ residence, and 3 apartments:
Tinaia: 70 s.m. flat, composed by a dining room with cooker and divan bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower and private external place provided with garden furniture.
Melograno: 75 s.m. flat, composed by a separate coke, dining room with divan bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower and private external place provided with garden furniture.
In the stone cottage there are 2 beautiful apartments:
Quercia: 55 s.m. apartment, made of a wide living room, divan bed, coke, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and private external place provided with garden furniture.
Alloro: 100 s.m. flat, developed on two floors and composed by a dining room, a separate cooker, double divan bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds on the first floor. On the second floor there are one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Wide external place provided with garden furniture.
The last two apartments were made out of the granary:
Granaio 1: 55 s.m. apartment composed by wide living room and cooker, divan bed and fireplace. Upstairs there are a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The external place is provided with garden furniture.
Granaio 2: 85 s.m. apartment, composed by a living room with cooker, fireplace and divan bed. Upstairs there are a double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The external place is provided with garden furniture.
Each apartment, has been refurbish depending on the old country tradition and has been furnished with antique furniture. Each apartment has a sofa bed which can be transformed in a double bed or in two twin beds.
