Fattoria Argiano in Chianti

On the estate of Argiano there are 12 apartments. Each apartment has been restored to make comfortable holiday lets, home from home, using as much of the original materials, but also modernising.
Sleek, well equipped kitchens in oak have been added, some with ovens, but all with four ring hobs, refrigerators, and with white china and glasses and a well stocked wine rack with Argiano's wines. In smaller apartments there are kitchenettes but are of the same standard.
The tiled bathrooms all have showers. The cosy double bedrooms have wrought iron bedheads. The living room areas are comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs and scattered rugs, and the eating areas provide tables and chairs near to the kitchen.

Of the 12 apartments there are only two for four persons. One a maisonette over two floors which is approached upstairs to a first floor entrance. The other is a garden apartment. The other 10 apartments are for couples only. They are all different in character and some are air conditioned.
There are also two mono locale apartments, that can be rented by the day over a minimum two day period, that have kitchenettes in unusual oak cupboards. With double beds or twins with marble tiled bathrooms with showers, bidets, wash basins and toilets with hair dryers. These have either a lovely terrace on a little olive garden or a balcony with wonderful views with tables and chairs. Both are air conditioned.

Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with attractive garden furniture, with an awning to shade the terrace or balcony in hotter weather and all the apartments have their own private entrances, either through pretty courtyards filled with lemon trees. The apartments terraces on the garden have direct access to the large swimming pool with recliners and umbrellas and are surrounded by well maintained olive trees, oleandros, lavender, magnolias and other trees and shrubs with wonderful views. The apartments that are not on the front garden have terraces which overlook little olive grove gardens and are in easy reach of the pool by a walk through a canopy of trees and shrubs.
On arrival at Argiano there is a covered car park to shade clients cars before you enter into the main courtyard and the reception office of the farmhouse.
