FATTORIA DI ARGIANO ,located near MONTEPULCIANO, is an estate with a beautiful villa where every the owner lives and a farmhouse divided into apartments and rooms for the guest . The place is surrounded by vineyards growing grapes for the famous local wines, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Rosso di Montepulciano, and is peaceful and quite.
There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as the ancient Montepulciano and Chianciano which for centuries has been noted for its thermal baths and. The estate is near to other historical place, like Orvieto, Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, Florence , Rome. Around the house there is a sunny garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a 7 x 14 meter swimming pool. At the disposal of the guests there is an oven, a barbecue, a communal laudry room with ironing board, a bowling alley, mountain bikes, table tennis, games and bicycles for children.

FATTORIA DI ARGIANO is composed of a beautiful ancient villa ( 1812) where the owner lives and rent 4 double rooms and a farmhouse divided in to apartments. In our estate there are also other two indipendent farmhouses for guest MULINO and Fattoria delle Gualtiere.
We are wine and olive oil producer.

First floor apartment reached by an external staircase. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher), fireplace and single sofa bed, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Possibility of extra room with private bathroom. ( down floor of the house).

First floor apartment on three levels. The first level is reached by an external staircase and has sitting/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher) and fireplace, bathroom with shower. Down a few steps is a twin bedroom whilst a wooden staircase leads to the upper level double bedroom.Possibility of an extra room with private bathroom ( downfloor of the house)
