The farmhouse is in a superb location in the heart of the Crete Senesi, overlooking the Tuscan landscape and Siena, only 12 km away.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach the most renowned places in the Sienese hills, including Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano and the other destinations to be discovered, such as the small villages that characterize the area with their gastronomic traditions, festivals and historical re-enactments.
The ancient 15th-century farmhouse, owned by the Mircio family for more than 60 years, has been restored in harmony with its surroundings through the choice of materials, colors and shapes; it now offers four comfortable independent apartments and produces barley coffee.

Two of the apartments have a portion of a covered, furnished loggia overlooking the pool and the landscape, as well as both having fully equipped, Tuscan-style kitchen-living rooms: Siena, ideal for couples, with a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and Radi, a medium-sized apartment with two double bedrooms. Both have a bathroom.
The other two apartments, on the ground floor, are ideal for families or friends: Tramontana, the larger apartment with direct access to the garden and swimming pool, has two bedrooms for 4 people, two bathrooms, kitchen-living room with fireplace and a private outdoor space with furniture; Capannina has a private garden with an equipped gazebo from where you can admire the beautiful landscape, consists of a living room-with fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine.
