We are sorry that the cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to your expectations: we were deeply impressed by your words, all the more so since in this period all the accommodation undergoes total sanitization (we have to certify it, so we have documents to prove it, it is not only our word...). How can there be so much dirt if all the accommodation is literally overturned?
The cleaning lady came two days after the request, it's true: unfortunately following the regulations to the letter, the staff is always very busy with the sanitation of all surfaces; since the daily cleaning of the apartment was not foreseen, this commitment was not foreseen.
