The farm holiday, imbedded in the splendid scenery between the Val di Chiana and the Val D'Orcia, is situated 3 km from Montepulciano. An accurate and masterly renovation allowed to maintain the charme and the peculiarity of the cottage in full respect for the local tradition. The wooden ceilings, the Tuscan terracotta tiles flooring, the choice of furnishings ... everything contributes to create a cosy and familiar atmosphere.

Out of the cottage have been made three apartments, completely independent, with spacious rooms inside as well as outside, which allow enjoying a holiday in full independence and intimacy. Furthermore, in the garden in front of the house, the guests have at their disposal: the swimming pool with deckchairs and parasol, the covered parking and the barbecue. Thanks to the arrangement of the apartments, everyone at its own side of the cottage, with its own open space and an equipped pergola, the independence and intimacy of the guests is guaranteed.
