The completely restructured farmhouse offers 3 apartments, all of them redone using biological materials such as cork, handmade terracotta salvaged from the ancient building, and wooden beams and joists. All of the apartments are furnished in the local farmhouse style.
Apartment the POZZO: a 50 sq. meter lower story apartment, reached by a short stairway with a small balcony. The apartment is made up of an entryway-living room with double sofa bed, cooking niche, one bathroom with shower, and one double bedroom with sleeper chair. Independent entrance.

Apartment the MELOGRANO: a 36 sq. meter ground floor apartment made up of living room, cooking niche, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. It looks out onto a patio for sunbathing and total relaxation. Independent entrance.
