Le Ville

It is composed of 7 apartments, finely restored in the typical Tuscany style, comfortable and with a keen eye for details. Each apartment sleep from 2 up to 12 persons. All of them offer a double bedroom/s, kitchen-living room with double sofa bed, bathroom, colour TV, and most of them have a fireplace. An outside space with table and chairs is at private disposal to enjoy a night dinner or a sun bath.

Apartments for (2+2) persons - Fontanelle 2, Fontanelle 4, Fontanelle 6: these ground floor apartments are composed of a double bedroom (with possibility of an extra bed), a dining-living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom (with shower). Some of the living room offer a fireplace, as well as a colour TV, independent heating and all you need to cook. Outside, under the pergola, there is a private space with table and chairs.
Apartments for (4+2) persons - Fontanelle 1, Fonatnelle 3, Fontanelle 5: these apartments dominate all the valley lookout. They are composed of a dining-living room with a double sofabed, a bathroom (WC+shower) and two bedrooms, one double (with an extra-bed) and one twin bedroom. Mostly of the apartment have the fireplace as well as colour TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, and the independent heating. The apartments open to a front area overlooking the garden with private table and chairs.
Apartment for (10+5) persons - The Villa: a two floors house with more than 200 m square. The ground floor, previously used as stable for animals, is composed of a huge living room (80 m square) with fireplace and armchairs, as well as a double sofabed. On one side of the room there is a fully equipped masonry kitchen, with private washing machine (for cloths), and fireplace. The ground floor offers also one triple bedroom , a little bathroom and independent heating. The area on the first floor consists of three bedrooms, two double and one triple bedroom. Two bathrooms (WC+ shower) and a living room with a double sofabed and single bed. The first floor has also a covered terrace with table and chairs. A big garden of about 100 m square, separated from the park by some plants, completes the house. The garden is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
