The following prices apply to one apartment for one night (minimum stay of 2 nights required): from € 90.00 to € 180.00 including linen (bedroom set and kitchen set) electricity, cooking gas , water, heating and weekly cleaning. Available Services: - Midweek clearing: on request, to be paid locally - Weekly Linen change - Hair-dryer: on request - Private Parking: free of charge - Use of the Pool: free of charge, including sun umbrellas, and sun loungers - Public transports: 100m to the stop of the local city bus - Laundry service: 3.00 Euro for each use of the washing machine - Guided wine tastings and tours of the estate: free of charge for the guests of the Agriturismo - Direct sale: farm’s products, high-quality wines and oil - Internet Point: 5.00 Euro per day - Dinner: 30.00 to 45.00€ per person depending on the suggested menu. - Breakfast: Full Breakfast 8.00 Euro  Payment and Cancellation Terms Payment terms In order to secure your booking for our rooms and/or apartments, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental cost to be paid by Postal Money Order, by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) The balance of 70% is to be paid on departure form the property. Cancellation Terms - until 30 days before the arrival date: your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss; - from 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded, with no further loss. - from 15 days to 2 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 50% of the rental cost could apply; - from 2 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply. - In case of no show or advanced departure, the deposit will not be refunded and a loss of 100% of the rental cost could apply. Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation. Not refunded deposit can be used for a future stay at Agriturismo Niccolai (if available) within 6 months from cancellation. Loss for cancellation cannot be refunded.
