Niccolai - Villa Arnilù

At the Villa, which has been recently restored with great care, Agriturismo Niccolai  offers six exclusive double rooms and one single room named after the stunning views that can be enjoyed from its windows and after the wines produced for decades by Azienda Agricola Palagetto, which owns the villa, and which produces prestigious wines exported all over the world:

FIRST FLOOR
Room “Le Balze”:  double bedroom, with a view over the valley and the hills towards Certaldo, furnished to a very high standard with a four-poster bed, a luxury ensuite shower room, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, and a fine wood-block floor;
Room “La Romantica”: very spacious double bedroom with a unique character, with private w-c and bidet, and a luxury bath into the bedroom, wooden floor, and a stunning view over the hills; satellite TV, heating and air conditioning;
Room “Le Torri”: large and spacious double bedroom, furnished elegantly with a charming view over the medieval towers of San Gimignano, private w-c and bidet, and a wonderful bath into the bedroom, wooden floor, heating satellite TV, and air conditioning;
Room “Il Romitorio”: single bedroom, with a king-size bed, stunning view over the hills and the woodland with the remains of an ancient hermitage, large ensuite shower room, satellite TV, wooden floor, heating and air conditioning;
Room “Collemucioli”: elegantly furnished double bedroom with a panoramic view over the hills, ensuite shower room, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and fine wood-block floor.

GROUND FLOOR
Room “I’Niccolò”: elegantly furnished double bedroom, with gallery floor and panoramic view over the towers, ensuite shower room, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and original terracotta floors;
Room “Sottobosco”: elegantly furnished double bedroom with a panoramic view over the medieval towers of San Gimignano, ensuite shower room, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, and original terracotta floors.

A delicious breakfast with a savoury/sweet buffet where guests can taste the finest Tuscan pastry and the traditional seasoned meats.
Inviting traditional Tuscan dinners, that in wintertime are served in the cosy atmosphere of Il Vecchio Granaio (the old barn) dining room, at Villa Palagetto; in spring and summertime dinners are served in the barnyard, under the stars.
Relax  in the well-kept gardens and/or in the panoramic sun terraces, and for the most energetic ones, long swimming sessions in the swimmingpools.
