The estate is a typical structure dating to the early 1900s made unique by its location: nestled in an olive grove measuring 5 hectares, some meters from the medieval walls of Monticchiello, along the panoramic way that leads to Pienza.
Recently restored in full respect of the original structure, it consists in one apartment, intended especially for those who want to spend a vacation in peace and privacy.
The apartment has exposed wooden beams and terracotta flooring, and has a parlor with fireplace and TV, full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, two bedrooms and two baths with shower and hair dryer.
A vast panoramic garden, with direct access to the parlor, surrounds the building and allows guests to enjoy unique sunsets overlooking Pienza and the Crete.
