The farmhouse is only one km far from Montepulciano. It is a typical stone farmhouse very ancient and reconstructed in a typical Tuscan style. From there you can see a beautiful hilly landscape and you can be in contact with nature especially with olive trees, walnuts and cherry trees. This place is ideal for people who wants have fun in Tuscan country.

The farmhouse recently reconstructed is divided into 4 apartments. These are all independent and furnished in the old country style as it was in those days. Each apartments have a fireplace.
The apartment “La Sorgente n.1” with private loggia, entrance, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer) with fireplace, living room (TV) with double divan bed, 1 twin bedden room with additional bed, 1 bathroom with bath. Confortable furniture.
The apartment “La Sorgente n.2” with kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer) with fireplace, WC, living room (TV), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with additional 3rd bed. Confortable furniture.
The apartments “La Sorgente n.3 - n.4” with living/dining room with kitchen corner, 1 double bed (TV), 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture.
The farmhouse has a common open air space: a garden in which there are chairs and tables, barbecue, toys for children and a relax zone. Near the garden there is a refreshing swimming pool, from it you can see a beautiful view. The swimming pool is among a nice olive grove and it is open from May to September. The farmhouse is very hospitable for families.
