The holiday farm is a typical country-house, facing a shady garden. Behind the villa, there is a vineyard producing the famous Chianti dei Colli Senesi D.O.C.G.. There is also an olive grove, an orchard, a vegetable garden, a wood of walnut trees. The landscape round the estate will charm you with the sweet perfume of the countryside and the neighbouring towns rich in art.
As the farmhouse is situated on the side of the inhabited area, you can enjoy the peace of the country.
A few shops, minimarkets and a supermarket are few hundreds of metres far from the farm, so you can walk forgetting your car.

The manor house, renewed in 2000, has 2 apartments:
Ground floor apartment: about 80 square meters, has two bedrooms, one bathroom (bath, washing machine, toilet, washbasin), a small bathroom (toilet and sink only) room-kitchen with a large sofa. The apartment is very spacious and has many windows overlooking the garden is front and on the vineyard in the back.
First floor apartment: this apartment, about 80 square meters, has two bedrooms, bathroom (washing machine, bathtub, toilet, washbasin) room-kitchen with big divano. The apartment has two terraces.
Provides towels and sheets for the beds. The kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, glasses, tablecloths. There are also many tourist facilities available. Upon your arrival you will find a gadget for free and our local produce according to season. The furnishings of the rooms are made up of antique furniture. For all guests is available behind the house a barbecue, garden with sun beds and rocking chairs.
