Lippo Vanni - The apartment (307 m², sleeps 8) is located in the middle of the farmhouse, on two floors with two independent entrances. It is composed of: 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (double if needed), 3 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and two with a shower only. Large kitchen with fireplace and marble table that can accommodate all guests. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Lounge with sofas, fireplace and TV. 8-seater dining room. The ground floor leads out onto a large panoramic terrace with a gazebo and table, reserved for the exclusive use of Lippo Vanni guests.
 

Duccio da Boninsegna - The apartment (250 m², sleeps 4+2) is located in the middle of the farmhouse, entrance with independent indoor staircase. On the first floor there are 2 double bedroom suites, 2 large bathrooms with shower, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen with fireplace, oven, dishwasher, and large refectory table and a small veranda.

On the ground floor there is a large living room (60 m²), furnished with tables, chairs and sofas. It is heated by a cast iron wood burning stove. Large outdoor area with table and parasol.

The whole villa (700 m²) consists of the Duccio apartment and the Lippo Vanni apartment, communicating via an internal door. The villa sleeps 12+2.
 

Tabaccheria - Old, self-contained building on two floors, (110 m², sleeps 4) surrounded by large green areas and a private garden equipped with table, parasol and barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with fireplace, a round table, a living room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. LPG heating and air conditioning.
 

Granaio - Old self-contained building (60 m², sleeps 2+2) with private garden. It consists of a large living room with double sofa-bed, fireplace, stereo and kitchenette which leads out to the private garden, equipped with table and chairs. Double bedroom with bath and shower. The building has air conditioning.
