The Agriturismo Tenuta Armaiolo lies within the typical Chianti and Siena landscape. A historical farmhouse extending across 600 hectares of land characterised by oak woods abounding with evergreen bushes of corbezzolo and 100 hectares of olive tree groves. The Palmiera, the Villa Santa Maria, and the Casalino (where the accommodations are located) are three of the estate’s rural homes that have been redecorated and refurbished keeping intact the original features and charm of the past.

The estate, formerly part of the Camaiori’s County, included also a castle (renowned as a weapons factory) which was partly destroyed by the Spanish army, Florence’s allies, during the war against Siena in the 16th century.

Palmiera: Formerly a mill, now a fully redecorated and refurbished country house that lies close by a creek, surrounded by age-old oaks. It is arranged into four apartments, one of them with a fireplace, all furnished with antique furniture and precious upholstery.
 
Villa Santa Maria: A stunning 17th century stone built farmhouse newly redecorated retaining the original features and materials. There are five bedrooms all en suite and a spacious reception area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and stylishly furnished, offering our guests a warm and welcoming environment.
 
Casalino: At respectively 500 and 300 metres apart from the first two houses, lies a splendid stone built country house where the oil mill and the swimming pool are also located. The house overlooks a little romantic church and the swimming pool from one side and from the remaining part, Tuscany’s gorgeous landscape.   
The Casalino is arranged into five apartments, two of them with a fireplace, all remarkably comfortable and furnished with taste.
