The “Agrifoglio” holiday home and the “Il Boschetto” agriturismo are nestled in the green hills of the Valnerina, between thick woodland and large cultivated clearings.
They are part of a small village full of old farmhouses, recently renovated, converted for residential use and intended primarily for holiday accommodation.
The two adjacent buildings, in a panoramic position, have a large parking area, swimming pool, outdoor area equipped for barbecues and playground.

Agrifoglio Holiday Home Apartments
Casa della Ginestra: consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds + a sofa bed, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with facilities suitable for disabled guests.
Casa del Carpino: consisting of two double bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
Casa del Ciliegio: consisting of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with double bedroom.
Casa dell'Olmo: one-room apartment with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Casa del Ciliegio and Casa dell’Olmo can become a single apartment.
Agriturismo Il Boschetto Apartments
Casa della Quercia: located on the first floor, this has a bedroom, a living room with fireplace and kitchenette and a bathroom suitable for disabled guests.
Casa del Mandorlo: located on the second floor, this has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and a living room with kitchenette and fireplace.
