The agriturismo

Just 5 km from Città della Pieve, the agriturismo is nestled in the Umbrian-Tuscan countryside, on a 22 hectare estate, ideally located for exploring the region’s major cities of art and Lake Trasimeno.

As well as comfortable apartments, the agriturismo offers a wealth of excellent facilities.

The accommodation

All apartments include TVs, kitchens with ovens, bathrooms and various bedroom combinations:

Il Gelsomino features one double bedroom, 2 singles, 2 bathrooms, a lounge with open fireplace and a double sofa bed. The apartment enjoys views of the farm’s vines.

Il Melograno is on the second floor, and features exposed wooden beams, 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with 6-jet whirlpool bath, a lounge and a balcony with table and chairs. 

Il Leccio features a lounge with open fireplace and sofa bed, a utility space, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a spacious veranda with tables and chairs.

L'Olivo, Il Vigneto and Il Glicine are ideal for couples or small family groups, and each feature a lounge, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a sofa bed, an open fireplace and a veranda.

Facilities include: undercover parking, barbecues, outdoor tables and chairs, children’s play area, ping pong, bocce, mountain bikes, a laundry room and a swimming pool.

Activities and surrounding

At the agriturismo, guests can relax in the swimming pool, play a game of tennis or stroll among the olive trees, vines and oak trees.

Cortona, Castiglione del Lago, Perugia, Orvieto, Siena, Assisi, Montepulciano and Lake Trasimeno are all easily accessible.

Pleased to meet you, I am Alessandro and I am 34 years old.
Here I am with my colleagues, Fausto, Anna, Emanuela e Fatima
I have been working here for 22 years with my family.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to pursue a passion which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially appreciate the warm family welcome.
