Like many people of today we prefer country life to that of the city.
When we first saw the ruin of our old farm house, my mother and I immediately saw its beauty and my father, an architect, already was able to envision plans to restore it to its original splendor.
The project of “Borgo Solario” slowly became a reality.

We offer high Quality Apartments, furnished with garden and swimming pool, on the line between Umbria and Tuscany.
Our 5 apartments have been restored according to Tuscan traditions and have cotto pavements, marbles, chestnuts tree’s beams, handmade furniture.
4 Apartments are composed by living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
1 Apartment has an additional room with three more beds.
Environment is familiar. Our farm house is different from the others, We restored all our apartments thinking them to become those where we could live. Actually we have lived every apartment... while restoring the farmhouse and first guests came we moved from one apartment to another until we could not be able to enter in the apartment we now live in.
Swimming pool is 6 x 12 mt large with a 3 x 3 mt access stair and view over hills.
