The farmhouse is divided in 6 indipendent apartments.
Appartamento Mandorlo- Melograno-Uva (4+2) 3 apartments (70 mq each) with living-dining area, kitchen corner and double sofa-bed, double bed-room, twin bed-room, bath-room with shower. Apartment number 5 is suitable for disabled guests.
Appartamento Girasole (2+2) First-floor apartment ( 45 mq) with living-dining area, kitchen corner with crockery and double sofa-bed, double bed-room, bath-room with shower.
Appartamento Rosmarino (4+2) Duplex apartment ( 75 mq) with living-dining area, kitchen corner and double sofa-bed on the round floor; 1 double bed-room and 1 twin bed-room with balcony on the first floor. Panoramic view over the Trasimeno Lake. Bath-room with shower.
Appartamento Pino (6+2) Spacious, airy apartment ( 120 m2) on the second floor with sloping ceilings, following the roof-line. Living-room with double sofa-bed, kitchen, 2 double bed-rooms, 1 twin bed-room, 2 bath-rooms with shower, large and panoramic solarium for open-air dining.

All the apartments are large and comfortably furnished in period style, with central heating, telephone and tv.

Moreover each apartment is equipped with its own barbecue and garden furniture, for outdoor cooking and dining, a modern swimming-pool (14x8), solarium with deck-chairs and beach umbrellas.

Finally the agriturismo has automatic washing machine and ample covered parking.
