The location a few kilometers from Monte Cucco Natural Park offers multiple sports opportunities, including speleology, fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, trekking on over 120 km of footpaths in an extraordinary natural environment, and of course, Monte Cucco specialty: free flight, especially hang gliding.
Gubbio, a medieval little town in the heart of Italy, lies at around 12 kilometers from this farmhouse. More or less one hour distance by car are many other destinations among the most charming of Umbria: Spello, Perugia, Corciano, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto and Trasimeno Lake.
Crossing the border on the east side brings one to Le Marche, Urbinoand Fano, and to the west on the Tuscan side, to Arezzo and the Val di Chiana.
