Casa Brunori

The complex is composed of a farmhouse in Foligno, once inhabited by the Brunori family, and villa “Dimora Charme” located at Valtopina, that used to be an aristocratic residence in the 1920s. Agritourism Casa Brunori in Foligno on the road leading to Valtopina has six guest rooms each with television and en-suite bathroom; the farmhouse also offers a breakfast room and a shared kitchen equipped with all accessories for the use of guests. The facilities are completed by the surrounding property that provides access to the river Topino in a secluded and charming area of unspoiled natural beauty.

The agritourism unit is composed of:

“Zia Irene”: room on the ground floor with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
“Zia Eva”: the most prestigious room of the complex, located on the ground floor and perfect for differently abled guests, this room offers a working fireplace, a double bed available also for single use, a double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
“Zia Maria”: room on the first floor with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
“Zia Giuditta”: two intercommunicating rooms on the first floor with a surface area of approximately 35 m², one with a double bed (also for single use) and the other a service room with a sofa bed. The facilities are completed with a large en-suite bathroom with shower. Both rooms open onto a panoramic patio.
“Zia Ida e Nonna Felice”: apartment on the first floor, composed of a private entrance hall, two double rooms and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms open into a large panoramic patio. Especially suitable for a family unit or two couples travelling together.

The “Dimora Charme” holiday villa: located 1 km from the agritourism, at Valtopina in the centre of the village. The villa contains three apartments with kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
The “Dimora Charme” apartments are composed as follows:

“Suite del Camino”: 70 m² first floor apartment. Composed of a bedroom, living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. The living room offers a fine 1920 fireplace in hand-carved marble, enhancing the refinement and elegance of the surroundings.
“Suite della Torre”: 70 m²first floor apartment composed of a double room, large living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. The appeal of the apartment is enhanced by the fact that the floor is on different levels. The apartment also features large patios on two levels overlooking the Umbrian hills and the Topino river.
“Suite Liberty”: 90 m² ground floor apartment.
Composed of a double bedroom, living room with three sofa beds, fully equipped kitchenette, and bathroom with hydro massage tub and shower. The suite is equipped to accommodate differently abled guests. The apartment features a fine 1920s granite floor surface and decorated ceilings.
