The agritourism is located on the top of Poggio Morico, about 700 mt above the sea level. The ranch is about 12 hectares width.

All the tracks are easily practicable. You can have trekking excursions as well as relaxing walking in the shadow of the trees. Our structure is a few kilometres far from Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio. You can shift from the peace of our apartments to the pleasant discovering of Italian art sites.

For music lovers we can organize musical evenings and jam session with our instruments: piano, keyboards and guitars.
