The stockroom was already mentioned in the register of companies of Perugia in the 15th Century. After the Napoleonic wars and the restoration in 1815.
the stock house was rebuilt into two apartments to accommodate 2 leaseholder families.
Today the building is a comfortable country house with stylish apartments and also a restaurant. There you can enjoy the diverse, delicious dishes of traditional cuisine of this region.
