All of the apartments are carefully furnished and cared for down to the smallest detail and offer ceilings with exposed beams and parquet (upper floor) and terra cotta (lower floor) floors.
They are also in an excellent position which offers a splendid panorama of Assisi, Mount Subasio and the Perugia district.
Each one is equipped with all comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.
There are apartments with two bedrooms, each with its own bath and living room with a cooking corner; others have a bedroom, bath and living room with a cooking corner. There is even a beautiful loft with a large living room and a mezzanine with a bedroom and bath.
Outside the Casale La Favorita has two hectares of garden area with a fantastic view of Assisi.
The Casale has a large outdoor parking area. Next to the Casale is the Manor house where the pool is located.
Besides hosting couples and families in the peaceful countryside, the building is also used as a location for meetings, conferences and business get-togethers, as well as for small company conventions.
